verizon has silver, sprint will have a blackish Grey color. (kind of like the sprint Motorola Q). And there is a rumor that it will come in red, for sprint at least. Hope this helps.

We all know how VZW works. Just look at how they put out all the motorola and LG phones. They always put out a basic/safe color to get the popularity of the phone going to get the early adopters, then they release other options/colors to gain the rest of the market.

Not sure. Odd's are we will get the Black one on the 23rd, and then the red one like ten days later (like how the centro worked).
