new pearl and background noise
many 8830 users complained that there was too much background noise transmitted to callers if they were in a noisy environment, to the point that the person called could not hear the caller, just the noisy background. Did the new 8130 successfully address this issue ?

I have had my Pearl for a little over a week now and everyone I talk to says that I sound fine.

I have not had anyone inform me that the conversation did not sound clear. I doubt that you will have the same issue as you do with your current Blackberry.
