MESSAGES & CALL LOG ARE DELETING THEMSELVES
At least twice a day all my text messages and call log deletes itself. I even had to get a replacement because it kept happening and blackberry support and the sprint tech people didn't know how to fix it. It keeps doing it even though on my text options it's set to keep the texts "forever" and to keep the last "50 items." Can anyone help me????

Most likely they are deleting because your memory is down. a battery pull with the BB powered on will fix this.

I work for verizon and actually talked to a bb rep yesterday and they said that is something the phone is designed to do. when it gets low on memory and battery life it deletes things mostly call logs and text messages get more memory space. You should try to delete alot of texts if you text alot thru the day.
