BlackBerry Pearl 8130
Im very disappointed in this phone ...
And so are many customers, from the 5-10 calls i get a day about this phone... its SO slow, the camera sucks, the trackball feels as if it will fall off at any moment.... just my personal opinion. It's starting to get irritating working for the best company with a horrible choice of phones... I packaged my pearl up and sent it back today....

I agree that Verizons software on their phones is terrible!!! I agree you guys have the best customer service and network. BUT!!!!! The Sprint version of the 8130 is a work of art. Software is smooth and camera works like a charm. About the track ball..... I think its supposed to feel like that. If it was too stiff you would complain about that too. My opinion..... The phone is VERY NICE!

It is a GREAT device. Not one complaint. Just goes to show you you can't please everybody. Reception is great, software is smooth, camera is good....people complain for the sake of complaining. I'd be interested to know what you're getting instead?

getting instead.... nothing!!!! I am waiting for a phone that is decent, just like most of my coworkers, and friends... I agree SOME may like the pearl, but overall I was very disappointed...Unfortanately, I'm back to my EnV for now 😢

Personal opionion to me the env sucks no comparison to the Pearl. I have had both and still have the pearl. BB is a much better device all around. To bad it didn't work out for you. It is not for everyone.

That's too bad. The phone is phenominal. I can't say enough about it. What problems did you have with it?.....I've sold a ton and I haven't had one person complain about it.

While I'll agree with you on the trackball point (I had an 8830 for about 6 months and it was well designed, but the one on this Pearl is terrible...it feels cheap, makes a ton of noise..just not well done at all!!), I must disagree on *every* other point! I think the device is pretty peppy. The camera is great. The BB platform is 2nd to none.
