No it won't it's like event logs in a computer.
Once your memory goes down to 11mb, that's when it will start deleting messages, call logs and such to free up memory. Just check your memory status in options, status it should show how much free mb memory you have. I also do a battery pull once a day or depends how much you use the phone.
