Question from brand new Blackberry user...
I just got my first Blackberry yesterday. I'm pretty much an idiot, but trying to make my way through understanding the device. Please don't laugh at my question...I am wondering what the benefit is of being able to sync your e-mail with a phone when the same phone can use the wireless internet to access your e-mail. What am I not following here? HELP!

Are you talking about a BIS account, if so I think if your e-mail is synched with your phone, when ever you get an e-mail it gets push to your phone right away.
