WiFi is free?

I know this phone has WiFi but my question is, does it cost extra monthly to use it? For example, if you want to call using WiFi or browse the web using WiFi (at your home network, or whatever)... I just don't want to pay extra for it.

Problem with phone turning off

My daughter has this phone and is having problems with it. It will just turn off and the only way she can get it to come back on it to remove the battery. Has anyone else had this problem or any ideas how to correct?

GPS?

I know GPS isn't built in, but can this phone do GPS another way? If so, what's the difference if it's not built in? I really want turn-by-turn instructions.

This phone has everything I want except built in GPS, but I'm not even sure if that's a good thing or a bad thing.

How are the headphones?

I am very interested in an 8120 on TMobile. I was wondering how the headphones are? I was told the headphones have a 3.5mm jack and have an inline mic. Is this true? ..Are they about the same quality as ipod earbuds?

Thanks, Norm

Using Wi-Fi on this phone…

Can anyone tell me if I can use wi-fi on this thing without constantly defaulting to GPRS when out of range? I mean, I want to be able to use what feature I want, when I want. I don’t want to pay for a data plan but I want to check my email at hotspots around the city. On my S710, I needed to app unlock the phone before I could install a third party application to block GPRS service. The GPRS would kick in when the wi-fi was out of range. Is it possible to block GPRS and only use GPRS on a Pearl?

Thanks

8120 battery

I have a recurring problem on my 8120. My old died on me after only 3 months. Got a new one under warranty, but it seems i may be having the same issue i had like the old one. Sometimes the battery will get hot and not charge. has anyone else have the same or similar problem? Thanks.

Useless Addition to blackberry line

For this much time between the previous pearl ad this one hte one thing that they could add is WIFI. How lazy is att. Come on.. Add GPS to it.
Why not have a phone with all three GPS, WIFI and Camera in it. You make Moto Q and Curve with camera and GPS but no WIFI or blackberry 8820 with wifi and gps and no camera. Verizon seems to have better phones than u have.

Voice Dialing on 8120

Ok, here's my dilemma... I am coming from a Nokia 6263? (I think that's the phone) that I *hate*

I "upgraded" from a Motorola V360 that I absolutely *loved* everything about. The only reason I "upgraded" was because tmobile gives a free phone, where the new battery I needed cost $20. (yes, I'm cheap too)

Ok, so back on track... I'm a bluetooth kinda girl. I keep my phone in my purse, and control everything I need to access through my bluetooth. I want hands free to mean HANDS FREE. (ok, minus the one finger to touch the headset) With my v360, that's all I needed once I got it set up. I recorded all the menu tag thinggies, set all the switches and away I went.

With this BLEEPIN Nokia phone, I have voice dialing, but I don't...
