price and other cost

I was just wondering if anyone who works at AT&T or knows a lot about this phone knows if the price should drop down anytime soon. I am looking to get this phone and i the price is gonna drop on a month ill wait, if not ill get it now. Also is messaging still only 30 for every line for a family plan or is it different for this phone. I know for blackberrys it is different.

I don't think the price is going to come down again anytime soon... It just dropped $100 in price when the iphone was released. The unlimited data plan for this phone is just $15 a month but it isn't required for the rebate. The price for the tv package is also $15 a month. I personally own this phone and the touch screen rocks and the tv part is amazing. If your looking for anything resembling a pda or smart phone this isn't for you but it does do email just fine.

the unl messaging does cover this device...and it covers the bb..as well. the only difference is that a bb is a pda so the DATA is $30 a month. While the VU is just a phone so the DATA is $15 per month...
