is aim for the lg vu only work if you have internet or does each message count only as a text message
...
i'm guessing you need the internet to be able to access your buddy list through aim. but what you can do in your actual aim account is switch it so your "phone" is the account that you're using and people can message you and the messages will go to your phone and then you can text them back and it will go to their aim account. google it to see how to do it.
