lg vu videos?

i just got my vu a few days ago. i want to put some music videos on it but i need to know what format the video has to be. if anyone knows can you please help me out? thanks

MP4 works on the cu920. I used "any video converter" that I got from www.download.com for free to convert from divx/avi to mp4. I'm having trouble with the widescreen movies not being the right res. so if you figure it out let me know.
