How can I stop my ringer from gradually increasing as a call comes in?

If anyone knows how i can stop my glydes ringer from gradually increasing in volume evrytime as a call comes in please let me know. The gradual increase is really annoying to me and i've search in my phone for hours to try to stop it but i cant seem to find the way
