Is a sprint everything plan always going to be required to get this phone or is this just temporary?

Even though they say you can't get the 27% discount with the Everything Plan, that is NOT true. If you have a 27% dicount, or any discount for that matter, email customer care and inform them. Do not call their call center as the call center is just horrible. Email customer service as email support is far more superior. Or, better yet, call the corporate number listed on the BBB page and you will end up getting your 27% discount.
