Phone Lock
I really like the phone and so far I have no problems with the sprint network (leaving alltel) but I absolutely hate the lock on the phone is there anyway to disable the lock it is almost enough to make me take the phone back I dislike it that much

Yes you can disable it in settings
1. press Main if not already there.
2. Settings - lower right with the pic of gears
3. scroll down to where it says lock
4. Press to enter and you can switch it off here.

That only seems to have you make a 4 digit code and then you have to unlock with that all the time is there anyway to just unlock it completely and thank you for the response too

The should be 3 lines the first one should say auto lock (on/off). Just slide the blue slider bar to off. If you have an email address I can show you some screen shots if you need them.
