My w755 would randomly have an issue where the screen would turn all white. Eventually it would not recover from the white screen.
I just had it swapped out at the vz store for another.... Hopefully this is just a one time thing.

I had the same problem just 2 days after I got it. I too had it swaped out that day and it's been fine since. The only other issue I have with the phone, is that I set up to have the phone announce the name of the person or phone number of the person calling before it rings. It's under Sounds, then voice readout. you can have it do that. It's also told that in the manual.
It isn't working. I had the employees at VWZ check it out and they think it may be a software issue that may be coming out hopefully soon. Do you have the same problem?
