Is the 2.5mm jack directly compatible with a standard 2.5mm stereo headset...??? or is an adapter dongle required...???

For the few 2.5mm stereo headsets (or headphones) available, that's all you need. Now if you wanna use a 3.5mm headset (or headphones), then you'll need the 2.5mm to 3.5mm adapter. Also, keep in mind that this phone also has the A2DP profile for stereo bluetooth headphones. I plan to get myself a pair so I can use that instead of wired headphones or headsets. It's nice to have that as a backup. I have found that the mini USB port on the phone will also allow you to use headphones & headsets that were made for the RAZR V3C & V3M on the W755 as we...
