defective phone

i think i have a defective env2.
the phone screen seems to show the verizon name or goes black, but when i press okay or the power on button it seems to show the opening verizon video and goes back to normal. and the battery seems to not be working to it's fully potential either, i had 3 bars when i went to work at 8 then when i left at 3, the phone was completely dead and for those 7 hours, my phone just sat in a draw.
i had the phone since Friday, so on Sunday i plan exchange it for a new one. 😡

Hi! Sounds like you do have a very defective phone, considering all the rave reviews this phone is getting. Please do exchange it, and come back on this forum and let us know how the replacement is. Good luck!! I myself don't have this one yet, although I am seriously considering this one. I have the LG VX 8350, which I love, but this one I really flipped over. Let us know!! 😲

so i went to the verizon wireless store today to exchange the phone. some glitch in the computer system made it difficult. i was sent to the nearby mall to go to a kiosk there. once there, everything went very smoothly and i am loving the new phone. the sales girl there told me her env2 did that same thing, so hopefully this isn't widespread.
