Wow, i'm assuming there will be no software fix for this problem, since it's most likely a weak vibrate motor(mechanical deficiancy). Only way to feel it is to hold it in your bare hands.

I feel the vibration very well in my leather belt clip holster. I have my enV² set to vibrate and ring simultaneously too.
It won't shake the house, but it vibrates just fine (for me).

Instead of SCREAMING in capital letters, perhaps you should try reading pages 14, 78 and 79 of your User Guide and pressing the following sequence on your QWERTY keyboard:
OK, 9, 4, 2, 2, On, OK

I have the same problem with my phone ringing and vibrating. It will do one or the other, but not both. I know how to set it to vibrate, but when I do, it turns the ringer off. I had vibrate mode on this morning, and when my alarm went off, all it did was vibrate. And yes I had the ringer on too. I had the Voyager previously, and had no issues with this. ANy suggestions?
