I use the calendar on my phone alot and it always defaults to an alarm to notify you of an entry. I know you can change it to none. Is there a way to change the phone setting so it will default to none instead of a time????

I don't believe it's possible from the phone, but maybe by accessing the file system with BitPim. But the files in the file system are way too cryptic for me to figure out.

Even if the person who posted the original question doesn't read the answer, it was a legitimate question and no one else had answered it yet -- which means that others may well have the same question and be waiting for an answer, including new enV2 owners (like myself) who look through the forums for information.

NO, ignore that person. People who have this phone will often go in and check the forums for answers to questions, no matter how old. It saves them from posting if they have the same question. You did the right thing.
