Texting problems
My daughter just got this phone yesterday. She loves it but is having some issues with texting. A few of the texts she has sent have been received as a jumble of symbols instead of what she sent. She is sending texts to the same people she sent to when she had her old phone and never had a problem before. Any suggestions 😕 Thanks!

The only time I've had that problem is when I've sent texts to non-Verizon customers (ie. AT&T) and gone over the maximum 160 characters in the message. Verizon to Verizon text messaging has let me send more than 160 characters which is nice.
