My Saved Pics Messages Are As Small As A Postage Stamp
😲 I looked thru the forums last night & was unable to find this problem addressed anywhere, but on my maroon env2 my saved pics from picture messages are as small as a postage stamp! This has been happening since day1. If I receive a pic message & click on the option to save pic to phone, & then go to my pics, I have this tiny little pic on this nice big screen! Even if I select full view from the options it stays the same size! Very annoying! When they 1st come in with the pic message they are the right size, but as soon as I save it to my pics, then it downsizes to a postage stamp size! I live 2 hrs from the nearest Verizon store so I haven't been able to take it in yet, but tech support has said it's the other person's phone resolution o...

Unfortunetly it's a known issue. Any pix message I receive is the same way. Full size in the message, reduced to nothing if you save it. I've complained to VZW about this after I got the phone in April.
There is a work around for it though. Once you save the picture to the phone, go to your picture album, under options select the Rotate/Crop/Zoom feature. Once the pic loads in there, you don't even need to zoom it, but simply hit Done and Save. It'll save a copy of the pic as the proper size. This works great for individual pictures. It's really really annoying to try to do to many pictures like I needed to after my gf sent me 15 pictures of our pets recently. I had to go and do this to each and every picture.
