We got word from our area manager that all the phones had a software defect that did not allow them to access the EE shop

UPDATE: The phones were shipped to have a software update and they should come back in a week

So, anyone hear anything else about this phone? We shipped ours and haven't heard a word I'm hoping someone has so that I know what to tell the customers crazy enough to wait on a Kyocera phone. 👀
