They sure keep piling up. But the response time on all of its interface is really sluggish. When you try to delete a text message, it takes a few seconds. Even when you answer the phone, it takes a moment for the screen to change.

There is a new software update available for the Boulder. It ends in M06. You can update your software OTA by going to menu, settings & tools, in sttings and tools scroll down to phone info. click ok and scroll down to software update. hit ok and scroll to check new. if this does not work, visit your local store.

(You posted in two threads so I'll reply to both).
Way ahead of you; downloaded this software on Day 3 of this phone. It maybe fixed the BA bug, but little else. UI still sluggish, and the hardware/battery still as poor as ever.
This little patch does not fix this garbage product.

You have to go to a verizon store for the latest software update 230m09 it is to big to do it over the OTA it fixes everything this update is for the Boulder with the speaker on the rear the Boulder with the speaker on the front software is 230mo11

Doubt it unfortunately the majority of verizon customers are stupid, even though we know it's a total pos phone many will just deal with it because It's the Network! 🙄

OTA applies to provisioning(programming) and updating the PRL.
To update the phones firmware/software
(the actual OS)
it would need to be loaded via local PC and USB cable and flashed onto the phone.
So anyway having trouble updating software via *228, thats why.
Also thats why its found on a web site or at the store since they have the ROM files there too.
