How do you put music on it? I want to use Windows Media Player but I need a USB, and where do I get one that will work with my phone? Once I get the USB where do I put in it the phone..where the charger goes?

we have the data cables at any at&t corporate location, they are 24.99 and once you have that and plug in to your computer with windows media player running it will automatically install the proper drivers and give you the pantech c740 as a device in the sync list.

I bought the data cable, but when I tried plugging it in to my computer with windows media player running, it did not recognize the phone. Nothing came up as a device in the sync list. Please help!

If you are using a MicroSD card to store your music, you can just take the card out of your phone and put it in your computer (in the SD card sleeve, of course).
Just add music to the MicroSD and then re-insert it into your phone & you're all set!
