This phone does not use a sim card apparently and you may not buy one unlocked.
So the only way to use one is under contract?
In the business what is a gsm phone with no sim card referred as?

This phone does use a sim card.... and is only available through at&t.... If you have a account you can purchase the phone outright with no contract but the cheaper way to go is to sign a new 2 yr contract and recieve the discount.... I hope this help you....
