Out in Canada and not the U.S.?????

Why is this phone out in Canada (Rogers) and not here? Rogers is no different than AT&T here.

They must have something up their sleeve.

The reason it has been pushed back is because it hasn't passed At&t's quality testing yet. The major issues are still the battery and the software.
