LG Chocolate 3 VX-8560
questions....
so ya i purchased the chocolate 3 yesterday, and don't get me wrong i love it, but i have 3 questions:
1. is there no place for a charm to go? im thinking the 2 little rubber things on the back come off and there will be a place to put it, but its not looking promising....
2. are there any clear hard plastic clip on covers for it yet? or do you think that they will come out with them in the near future? =\ i had one on my 8600, and have grown to hate the leather cases, but i don't wanna fingerprint up my choc3 =\
3. any idea where i can find information on when verizon will have the software out to transfer contacts from the 8600 to the choc3? or do i just gotta call the store to find that out? =\

I can't answer number 1...cause i'm not totally positive off the top of my head...but for number two if you go to vzw.com *god, i hate sending people there* find the chocolate 3 on the site and look at its accessories...if u don't see what your looking for...you prob will have to wait a little bit... and for number 3, it depends on how often they update their machine... my store normally gets the software a few days before a batch of new phones is released or like the day or two after...but i believe that the store i work in already is capable of transfering contacts from any phone to the chocolate 3

Regarding question 3, I know that my verizon store doesn't have their machines updated for this new phone yet. But it's so much easier to just download Backup Assistant. It took me less than 30 seconds to download about 200 contacts onto my new phone. And Backup Assistant is free and you can use it on your own time.

Also, "just so it's clear" signing up for "My Verizon" is also completely FREE... 😁
