From the reviews I've read, the voice dial is not all that great. Maybe they've improved it in the past few months and it will be bettr.

Actually, I've had voice dial on my Moto Q for the past two years and it has worked almost flawlessly. It's going to be hard to do without when driving. The only two areas of angst I have about changing from the Q to the iPhone is moving from Verizon to AT&T and losing voice command. đ

I've never had voicedial work properly on any phone. Maybe it's the screwy accent I have, but all I know is that when I ask for Jen, I either get Ben, Dan, Kenny, Dad, or it just asks me to try again. And forget it if I try to say something with an "r" in it. If it works for you, then you must be a very non-regional speaker because I don't think it's ever really worked for anyone I know.
