plottin on gettin one of these, was curious if it is limited to 160 characters on text and if so does anyone no a workaround? ...besides typing short sms all the time.

You are limited to 160 characters per text message. But you can keep typing past that limit. It will simply send multiple text messages then. There is a counter at the top that says: 160 (1)
The 160 is obviously a countdown of the characters in the text and the number in parenthesis is the number of text messages it is going to send. When you go past 160 characters the (1) will increase to (2) and the counter will again reset to 160 and count down again as you type.
I hope this makes sense.

yea thats sweet, the way most are, ive seen info on it that left the impression that you had to stop at 160, my 8925 is the same way. i had a nokia 6682 that had same text setup. thanx for the fyi, im prolly getting one. im sick of att bloatware and windows junky os
