Better than the M300?

I know the people on these forums tend to not care about these basic phones, but I know alot of us work in the sales side of this industry.

The M300 was a disaster, how much better is this one?

I think it is. We sell a lot of them and have only had 1 return. I usually sell it to older people that don't need all the extras but want a phone that gets good reception.Plus, it is our only free phone..
