Is this a known issue?
My girlfriend just got a touch pro, sometimes when the backlight goes off it will not come back on... much like the early complaints on the vogue. It will not come back on even if it is called and needs to be soft reset to alleviate the problem. Is this a known problem? Is there any kind of fix for it.
We are thinking of taking it back and since she bought it last week we really dont want to get a rebuilt one in exchange. any thoughts or feelings are appreciated.
