Store availability
Anyone know when this phone will be available in the store? How about in Best Buy stores (the Sprint version)... Was hoping to pick one up on Oct. 1st when I am able to upgrade, and want to see it in person!

phone is already at stores.. but if you have a wak location near you then it wont be there. the more busy stores should have them by now. if not jsut order the phone. its a crazy hot phone but ima wait for the pro witch lets you put in a memory card and has flash plus a keyboard. hey im all for that.
good things come for those who wait :0)

Have to check my sprint stores. They are bad about getting anything though. Want to see the Diamond because don't think I really want a physical keyboard. I like the idea of all touch. Also, 4gb should be plenty for me for memory. Don't really wanna pay for an 8 or 16 gb card anyways.

I know! the phone is hot! i love most htc phone (accept the ones they make for tmobile)
i have the mogul so im used to the keyboard just ask your selve this are you going to be doing alot txtn? personally i would recomment keyboard because regardless your going to get the onscreen then you'll have the 2 for one plus flash. and if thw windows mobile on those devices are like the mogul it'll extremly easy to just get the pro then download the program for the diamond keyboard.

The Pro is a bit thicker than the Diamond, so if you are going more for a slim phone that slides into your pocket nicely, go for the Diamond. For some people (like me) having a keyboard is not worth having a physically bigger phone.
That, and all slide type phones eventually get gunk and lint in the hinges and cracks which is totally gross...But maybe I'm the only one bothered by that. 🙂
