Kyocera 7135

use the last 4 digits of your phone number...it worked for me.

As someone else said, it should default to the last 4 digits of your phone #. However, it's definitely 4 digits, so if it's not that, try 0000, 1111, or progress up through 9999. Those follow the usual alternate defaults, as far as I know.
