Have you tried their website? They don't even list an SCH number that matches anything on my phone.
From a recent experience with TomTom, I stongly suggest that you save your original purchase receipt forever, even after you have registered.

I found it on there site. Maybe this phone is above your learning curve? Take it back if you hate it so much. Just my opinion.

Have you tried to go any deeper into it than the first page? Have you actually tried to file a request for help? Have you any idea how long it takes Samsung to get back to you once you file a request? Have you any idea of how many pages of thier website I may have read?

I found the help videos and there pdf file to down load the owner manual in a few minutes. Never tried to contact the manufactor. Always went back to Verizon. Good luck
