First off I do not own this phone yet, I only played with it for a short time in the store.
does the touch wiz bar on the left side of the screen act as a quick launch menu or, do you have to drag the icon's on it to the screen?

i actually enjoy that feature. I can look at make screen without it looking cluttered with programs coving everything

I think its nice too. I have just tried some 3rd party software called SBP plus or something like that, which provides a lot of additional functionality, but I may like the Samsung widgets better.

I wish widgets would lauch w/out the extra step. Since you can hide the bar and lock the phone it seems unnecessary to require the extra step to drag widgets on to the screen.
