Phone backlight dimming and Tilt function deactivating
Whenever I lock my phone and do several other things to my phone the screen will automatically dim and when i take it out of lock mode it will remain dimmed instead of brighting back up. also the screen tilt or motion sensor function will stop working all of a sudden and if i turn my phone into portrait style from the previous style or vice versa, it will not swap over. this bugs the crap out of me and i want to know if anyone else has experienced this problem on their omnia. if so, did any of ya'll remedy it and how?

go into settings, then power , and make sure that BOTH boxes are checked. That should correct the error with the rotation, apparently samsung disabled the rotation as a power save depending on which modes you enable, but checking both resolved it for me.
