Is anyone using the MicroSDHC card with their Omnia i910?

The manual recommends MicroSD card. And I am NOT sure of the difference between MicroSD and MicroSDHC. I am not sure if the HC works with the Omnia i910.
Newegg has the 8GB MicroSDHC a lot cheaper than the MicroSD that was recommended and is available at Vzw.

Also, will the Omnia i910 properly work with the 16GB MicroSDHC card? Anyone using either 8GB or 16GB HC cards?

You can use any size up to a 16g micro in the Omnia. I have had a 512 in my Dare and went to a 2g.
This might help.
Secure Digital (SD) is a non-volatile memory card format developed by Matsushita, SanDisk, and Toshiba for use in portable devices. Today it is widely used in digital cameras, handheld computers, PDAs, mobile phones, GPS receivers, and video game consoles. Many thanks.
So, you're saying that I could purchase a MicroSDHC 16GB card and it will work in the Omnia i910. That would be nice.
Because, that added storage will permit a lot of data to be stored to the SDHC card in place of Internal Memory.

thanks for explanation..does your statement below imply that the Omnia, being a new device, has firmware that will enable it to use high capacity SDHC cards?

"However, a change in the format.... has created compatibility issues with older devices which cannot read the new format. Since SDHC format cards have the same physical shape and form factor as the older format, this has caused considerable confusion for consumers.[1][2] SDHC cards require an SDHC capable device firmware, generally not found with older devices."
