Record Incoming call?

For some reason, I thought my Omnia was able to record an incoming call or some portion thereof.
I must be wrong because I have not found a way to do that function.
I can record "Notes" but incoming calls?????
Anyone found a way to record Incoming calls?

I have not yet found a function on the Omnia to do a recording of an incoming call. Anyone know of a way to do this?
