Excellent Fix for Keypad lock!! (With better Keypad look too)

First off you are DOING THIS AT OWN RISK!! I took the risk and am glad that I did!!

First you need a registry edit program to do this! I have PHM registryedit. (google it)

Go to HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE/SECURITY/PHONE/SKIN
Click ENABLED & then Change the Value Data to 0!

Save and close out of regedit and wait about 30 seconds and then do a soft reset! All done and no more keypad lock and a much better look than the Windows Default!!

Is this for the annoying keypad lock for the 'phone' while you're talking lock? the one that drives me crazy when checking messages, and trying to nav. through a automated phone system?

or the screenlock, if you use the old school interface?

- one shortcoming of the widget interface no easy way to lock / unlock the screen, or add your own shortcuts to commonly used programs...

for the phone keypad lock while in a call! Now i dont have to worry. I just use iContact and iDialer and have iDialer set for when i hit the send button then thats what pops up!! Love my phone and everything it can do!
