Are these reviews for real, I mean I doubt its one of the worst phones on Phonescoop? Maybe its not perfect, but I don't think it sux? Or is their an agenda going on?

This is just a highly flawed phone and when people purchase a blackberry they expect to get the best quality. Right now almsot every 8220 can't use applications that involve the internet, the screen has a 3 second delay on updating if you open and close the phone, very slow response time.. and many more minor problems with the phone that make it an overall... pos

The newest firmware 278 helps with the overall response of the phone and I've had no problems.
