Where's the keypad during a call?
I tried calling a buddy of mine and got his office voicemail system...which asked me to enter the extension I wanted, followed by the pound sign. OOOPS! There was no way to pull up the keypad to enter anything! I called ATT and they couldn't find out how to do it either, saying the phone is just too new, so they got Samsung's techs on the call with us. After a few minutes, the Samsung guys admitted that this was a serious bug and they would have to work on a fix. They assigned me a case number and presumably have gone back to their drawing boards.
If anyone else is having this problem, now you know what the deal is.
Also, the silicone iPhone skin makes a good case for the Eternity...until Samsung comes up with one.

Thanks! That seems to do the trick.
Look and you shall find. I've found that relying on the vendors of a product are not always the most reliable for supporting their new product. A little self research and review does help IMHO. I've contacted Samsung about synchronizing the calendar and contacts from outlook and they were totally clueless on that as well. I will try back again next week when I am on vacation from work in hopes that it will work better.
