Background noise!?

I just got this phone about a week ago and I am told there is a lot of backgorund noise when I am talking to people. Many people describe it by saying I sound like I am in a bathroom.

It is mostly when I am driving but I am still pretty concerned. Does anyone else have this problem. Will a headset help this at all? Please help!

hi there,

try turning down your volume, while you are in an actual all, one notch. Sometimes this will help with reverb.
