does this phone have an app like the vcast id to hear a song and tell u the name of the song and the artist.

Not that i have seen. I know the iPhone has something similar but i hope someone will create an app for BB too.

they have something called shazam.. works with almost anything.. from blackberrys to iphones to regular stuff.. u can check it out.. it WAS on blackberry's app world for the storm but was taken down.. why? because they have not created a compatible shazam app for the blackberry storm.. which sucks.. im still waiting for it..

There is a free program called Shazam that does song ID for the storm. You can get it from Blackberry App World
