Which Blackberry do you think is better...
Blackberry 8900 from T-Moblie
or
Blackberry Storm from Verizon
...
it is merely a personal opinion on what is better...if you want a touch screen get the storm if not then the 8900..if you want 3g speed for browsing then get the storm, if you don't need that then the 8900 will be fine...if cost is in question on a monthly basis then i would lean towards the 8900, the data per month is cheaper, although the internet is not 3g, to combat the extra cost for the storm...i like the idea of a touch screen blackberry but i do not like the clicking when texting...i text too fast, for me to slow down to make sure it clicks was a pain, i now have the 8900 and think its a pretty good blackberry just needs that 3g speed and then there would be nothing wrong with it

Neither
The Bold is the best 🙂

lol the BOLD, please tell me you are not serious...do your research and see how many carriers have dropped it from their lineup
...
Ok I did my research - did not see anyone dropping the bold. Some did not offer it yet, but that does not mean they will not. What carriers are you talking about? I love the curve (I am with ATT) and look forward to seeing the 8900. I suspect that this will be my next phone, I think the Bold is a great phone, but for me I think it is a bit too big, of course they are already talking about a curve/bold like phone and that might be the winner, but I don't want to wait. You know, I have the new ipod touch and I have always knocked the touch screen for heavy duty typing on the iphone but am very impressed with how the ipod guesses the word you are typing and is correct most of the time - it is impressive to see how good it is. I guess it i...

must have not looked very hard...Orange based out of Europe pulled the bold twice, yes i said twice...likewise in Japan DoCoMo pulled it too...not to mention att is offering refurbs of the bold for free, hmm wonder why they have so many refurbs...but hey what do i know
...
Interesting, I just looked at the US carriers and Rogers. Wonder why they pulled it, all the people I know who are using it really like it, the only complaint is it is too big. I looked online and see that att has the refurbished for $199. I held off buying the Bold because of the price, I think $199 should be the price for a new one and was waiting for it to come down in price. Lucky I did as I really want the new curve now, hope that comes in at $199 (which it should - isn't T-Mobile selling it at that price?

well based on your research you wouldn't have found much seeing how att has exclusive rights to the device for now and rogers has it but you dont even want to know how many times it got pushed back because of software issues...the free bold was only for a limited time. 8900 is 250 w/ 100 mail in rebate. I too know many people that have the device which they got unlocked from Canada and not many are happy with it, I personally like the way it looks but if it is not up to par they I will wait till tmobile hopefully gets it by Q4

Hi knightbang,
I am a bit confused. The people who are not happy with it, did you mean the Bold? It seems you are with T-Mobile. Do you have the 8900? I have not heard too many bad things about it, but having looked at reviews for many years, there is no phone that pleases everyone.

Yes I meant the Bold...I am with t-mobile and yes I do have the 8900...correct no phone will please everybody I was just giving another opinion about the phone that is all.

I am jealous, I really look forward to getting the 8900. I heard a rumor that it will be available on ATT in June. That would be great, I am up for an upgrade. I have and really like the 8310 so don't mind the wait.
