Just got a Stop Sell/Ship notice on this phone. Seems the 3G capability was accidentally turned off at the factory during production. Phone works fine on 2G, but not 3G. we are to return our existing stock to be reflashed for 3G. If you are a customer and have this phone, you can return it to the store you purchased it in and exchange it for a Sony W518, or you can wait until after Sept 21st, when reflashed versions of the phone should hit the stores and exchange it for another Mural.

I bet the vast majority of the people on this phone really didn't have 3g in mind, but nevertheless, bad mistake on Nokia's part. Most of us here, or are familiar with Nokia products, would have no problem doing the upgrade on their computers. Point is, they shouldn't have to.
