Experiences from early buyers?
My daughter is due for an upgrade and the features of this phone are just what she is looking for. I was hoping to get some initial feedback from those who have already received theirs. Anyone? Anyone?

I Would Honestly Go With The Xenon Its A Way Better Phone This One Feels Cheap And The Xenon Has A Promo Goin On That Is A Buy One Get One Free So 2 People Could Get This Deal Through An Upgrade As Long As 2 People Are Eligible

Thanks for the response. I checked the Premier site (FAN) and the 2 for 1 Xenon offer doesn't show. In fact, there are no "deals" listed for that phone but just going to the AT&T site (as if I were a new customer) they offer $50 off mail-in rebate bringing the Xenon down to $99. Where are you seeing it as 2 for 1? Might be a nice option as my son was already looking at the Xenon.

don't deal with online. go to a store. just make sure you know what you want and don't let them haggle you.

Yes Go To The Store And Tell Them That You Want The Xenon 2 For 1 On Upgrade And They Should Allow It.... Make Sure Its An Actual At&t Store Not An Authorized One
OR
Go To Walmart, They Have AMAZING Prices

DO NOT go to wal*mart. they will mess your account up. i cannot tell you how many times i help customers who went to wal*mart and had a senior citizens plan or extra features that didn't want. also many times wal*mart will activate a new phone for a customer in a completely different area code than the customer's home area code for some reason. they DO NOT know what they are doing.
especially stay away from wal*mart's online store. they deal with letstalk.com and if you buy the phone from them and change your plan in ANY WAY possible they will charge you the full retail price of whatever phone you bought.
your best bet is always going to a store and talking to a rep.

TO ALL WHO WILL LISTEN. I hope the NEON is leaving this planet. I have never owned one but I do work in the industry. If you have one that works, you are a rarity that should be put in the BIG book accomplishments. This phone drops calls, can't get MMS, and randomly charges you data charges. It is a predominant prepaid phone that needs to have several prepaid features removed, like data. AT&T can't handle this issue. It's been a long tern issue that they WON'T address.
