I can't find em anywhere! has verizon succeeded in erasing them from the web in there never-ending quest to keep us from fully utilizing our cell phones??? 😡

Install Samsung PC Studio 3, that will add the USB drivers to your system.
But after you do you will only be able to see your phone as a connected device, nothing more.
YOu have to install a memory card into it so you can work with the pics or mp3 files on it.
Verizon locked down the OS on this phone pretty solid. At least you can get to files through the memory card. Verizon hasnt figured out how to drain you of your $$ for pulling files off your own memory card .... yet.
Otherwise the phone is nice. 😲)
