It would work perfectly fine on their network...you just have to get someone to add the ESN to Verizon's network to activate it. They once threatened to allow you to use any phone on their network, but that was over a year ago and I have yet to see that plan put into action. Perhaps with Vzw selling Alltel to ATT, they'll welcome Alltel subscribers and be nice, who knows...

Verizon is NOT selling Alltel to ATT. In certain markets, ATT is whining like a bitch and complaining to the courts. Nobody cared when Cingular went BACK to ATT.
And since they are inherently the same network with ESN phones, then yes, you can. Fact.
