How do I get music onto the ENV3?

Can I plug the phone directly into my PC with the USB cable and download, and how easy is it?

Or do I have to take the Micro SD card out of the phone and use adapter to plug into my PC every time?

I have a card reader. I use that to get music onto my microSD card. This phone plays music that I purchased from iTunes as long it is unprotected. Amazing!
