How to Get the Picture Caller I.D. to Work

I have assigned a picture to the contact, but cannot get the picture i.d. to show when receiving a call from the contact. Is there a size limitation that is preventing the pic from showing? I can't find any solution so far. Any help would be appreciated.

Bah, I figured it out. Forget I had a 1 in front of the area code. Took it out and it works fine.
