Samsung Jack i637

Hey! As you can tell from my user name...I can never decide what to do! LOL I currently have the RAZR V3xx. I am eligible for an upgrade, even though I have been quite satisfied with the phone I have! I need help and advice when it comes to choosing between the Impression and the Jack. I think I need a PDA for what I want to do online and such, but have gotten different stories on what phone does what. Here is what I want more than anything... I want to be able to view a and any web page on my phone as you would see/access it on a computer. Some have told me that the Impression will only give me the mobile versions, others have told me that it will give me the full.
